When you request service, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, city, service needs, and details about your garage door. Please do not send sensitive financial, identity, or medical information.

We use the information you provide to respond to your request, coordinate service, prepare estimates, maintain business records, and improve our customer experience. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages and email

If you separately opt in to text messages, Ivy Garage may send service-related texts about your request, scheduling, estimates, and appointments. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We may send service-related email responses to the email address supplied with your request.

Website and advertising data

Our hosting provider and any analytics or advertising services we enable may process basic technical information such as device type, referring page, approximate location, and interactions with the site. Advertising platforms may use cookies or similar technologies according to their own policies. You can limit many advertising cookies through your browser settings.

Sharing and retention

We share information only with service providers needed to operate the business, when required by law, or to protect people and property.
