These terms apply when you use IvyGarage.com, request service, or opt in to communications from Ivy Garage, a service of Ivy Services LLC.

Service requests

Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment, price, diagnosis, or availability. We will confirm scheduling and explain proposed work and pricing before billable work begins.

Text-message terms

If you check the text-message consent box, you agree to receive service-related text messages from Ivy Garage at the number you provided. Messages may concern your request, scheduling, estimates, appointments, and follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Email communications

When you submit an email address, we may use it to acknowledge and respond to your service request and communicate about related service.

Website use

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or interfere with its operation. Website information is general and does not replace an in-person safety assessment or diagnosis.
